Your Role & Impact

• Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact, managing professional inquiries via phone, text, and email with efficiency and care.
• Logistics & Dispatching: Coordinate service appointments and manage field technician schedules to ensure seamless island-wide operations.
• Data Integrity: Maintain precise customer records and manage account updates using industry-leading FieldRoutes software (comprehensive training provided).
• Team Coordination: Support the sales and field teams through administrative assistance, billing support, and lead management.

Qualifications

• Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Reliability: A consistent work ethic and a commitment to being a dependable member of the team.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning new software; experience with FieldRoutes or dispatching is a plus.
• Foundations: Must possess a valid Hawaii Driver’s License with a clean record and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
