Your Role: As our Customer Care & Admin Specialist, you will be the vital link, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service. You will:
- Be the welcoming voice of Aloha: managing calls, emails, and building client relationships.
- Master our scheduling platform (FieldRoutes) to maintain accurate records and effective scheduling.
- Coordinate directly with our field technicians, ensuring they are supported and prepared.
- Assist with billing, collections, and account updates.
- Promptly manage sales leads and route inquiries.

Position Details: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM in Lihue, Kauai.
