As our Customer Care Specialist | Admin, you are the vital hub connecting our valued clients with our expert field teams.   • Client Relations Expert: Be the welcoming voice of Aloha, expertly managing inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts. You'll build strong relationships by providing top-tier service, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Operational Navigator: Master our FieldRoutes Data Program, which serves as the central nervous system for our daily activities. You'll ensure accurate client information, efficient scheduling, and precise documentation, vital for our smooth operations.
  • Technician Support & Coordination: Provide essential administrative and logistical support to our field technicians. This includes managing daily routes, facilitating scheduling changes, and ensuring they have what they need to deliver excellent service.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with critical billing inquiries, account maintenance, and collections support, contributing directly to the branch's financial health.
  • Sales & Service Flow: Promptly address and schedule sales inquiries, dispatching them to the appropriate team members, and ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to service delivery.
