Position Overview:

As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both our customers and our team. Working onsite at our Lihue office, you'll manage customer communications, assist with scheduling, and ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Onsite – Lihue, Kauai

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and direct them as needed
• Assist customers with appointment scheduling and service concerns
• Handle billing and invoicing questions and resolve issues professionally
• Make outbound calls to confirm or reschedule services
• Support field technicians with routing updates and client communication
• Enter and update customer data in our FieldRoutes software
• Follow up on sales leads and dispatch to the appropriate team member
• Provide general administrative support to the branch team

Qualifications:

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service mindset
• Familiarity with office software and comfort learning new systems
• Ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment
